Course of the day
9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.: Grand ceremony
Let us remember together what our ancestors wished for us.
9 a.m.: Opening to the public
9:45 a.m.: Ceremony
You will attend a ceremony presided over by Chomis Dominique Rankin, in the presence of Stanley Vollant and indigenous elders from several Nations of Quebec with performances by indigenous artists: Manitou Singers and indigenous dancers, throat singing by singers Lydia Etok and Nina Segalowitz, Inuit from Nunavik.
Exclusively, we will have the honor of introducing you to the new committee of elders from several indigenous nations that was created by the Kina8at organization to protect indigenous philosophy and cultures.
