I agree that Kina8at Organization will charge the deposit on my credit card. In the event of theft, breakage, unsanitary conditions or cigarette odor in the units, I authorize Kina8at Organization to charge the amount(s) of the costs incurred for the repair, maintenance or purchase of new equipment on my credit card.

A deposit of $150 (pre-authorization on the card) will be taken upon arrival. This deposit will be released upon departure if the conditions (cleanliness and breakages) are respected. We reserve the right to keep this deposit in full or in part if we judge the condition of the accommodation to be unacceptable upon departure.
